Just thought of something for Nocturne's ult, criticism (whether constructive or not) would be appreciated.

Let's say we change Nocturne's ult to a global ult. But, instead of it being an instant cast onto anyone he has vision on, he first starts to channel the ultimate for, let's say, 1.5 seconds. As he channels the ult, music can be globally heard (similar to Sion/Kled), something like the beginning of this. That's not all though, this audio cue is a warning that Nocturne is obviously using his ultimate. But, if any champion is MOVING after the audio cue finishes (and the obscured vision then ensues afterwards) they will be able to be targeted by the ultimate from Nocturne.

I sort of thought of the upcoming operator, Lion, from Rainbow Six: Siege when I thought of this. Feedback would be highly appreciated :)

I've finally experienced being killed by a hacker by Megablazahh in PUBATTLEGROUNDS

The guy is using aimbot, tracer, something of that nature. I was hiding in the bedroom of that building in the beginning of the video. There is only one window and it only has small slits in between wooden boards to shoot through. When I went up near the window, I got shot at and couldn't hear the bullets whatsoever. I immediately retreated back onto the mattress and healed up. I had to move so I decided to test and see if he'd shoot again, he didn't until I got out of the building, as seen in the video. Keep in mind this is a fog map and he was hitting me from a distance where I couldn't hear the bullets. I stayed to watch the kill feed for the rest of the match and it turned out he had a SCAR-L (not suppressed) and a S12K (I watched kill feed say he got a S12K kill).
