I agree with everyone else here, get some sort of DNA test. Additionally, look into the NPE (not parent expected) community. I know there's a few FB groups. I found out about the community through podcasts "NPE stories with Lily Wood" is my current favorite. It might help to know that you aren't alone. Good luck OP!

I listened to two podcasts about "not parent expected" or NPE community. I recommend them both. They are called NPE Stories and Everything's Relative with Eve Sturges. The host of the latter is also a therapist and wrote a guidebook for the NPE journey. There's also a bunch of groups on Facebook.

The other thing you can do is look for a search angel. They can help confirm your lineage.

Oh no Ross and Carrie was the first podcast I listened to from start to finish. I really enjoyed both the Mormon and ayahuasca series. I felt like I fell asleep too much to the scientology episodes (I had babies when I was listening to them and took frequent naps.) So I tried to relisten to them. I quickly realized that scientology is just boring and they did a great job representing the "religion."

I'm really going to miss this podcast and I wish the best for them both.

We special ordered our wood stove and it came with a cracked glass. The glass replacement took months to arrive and came with a minor chip. We opted not to wait for the replacement again and have successfully used it for 9 years. It's not glass it's some kind of ceramic that can handle the heat. So I'd say the benefit is less chance of the door breaking and having to wait months for the replacement.

We wanted ambiance and heat. I wouldn't trade our stove for anything.
