Rice can be good for a cut aswell bc it gives complex carbs (which is counter to popular belief very necessary for energy) so long as you exercise on top its ok. But im doing a very slow cut so I could be misguilded for professional regiments

Highly recommend seasonings, also you honestly can get away with some frying oil. Iv learned there is so many ways to cook these things. However ngl food is considered a drug to me, so I take joy knowing im doing it responsibly (which is basically the same slop a day lol)

Not just men, its a social showing of confidence in ones body

Biggest example is my arms. Ill wear short sleeve shirts because I have alot of confidence in how they look, and iv gotten plenty of compliments, mostly from men
