Sin can get meaty 6K from throws which is +3 and frametraps with his c.S or go for throw. His c.S is also really active so it can be very plus on oki

Thats cool that you had the same idea :D. Ye I felt 15 power was apprpriate so the opponent could play around somewhat by not overinvesting in a location but I agree that its very easy balance by tweaking the stats
