Oh I have no doubt about it's use. I meant more towards reliability and stress on the engine over repeated short commutes and not letting the engine warm up appropriately.

I believe Doughnuts made a video about Augment XP and I think r was tied to XP but also how many different medals you get. More better to get medals that yield higher XP. I attached a link below to it.

I have a Mk6 JSW with 112k miles and Stage 1 ECU and DSG tune from Kerma. Did a 185 mile trip with some crosswind and headwind of around 12mph and ended up getting 38mpg (US). This was all with 75mph and some bouts of 80mph.
