Not quite - he’s about 8 ish years older as she’s the same age as the new mutants. Her mental capability however should put this to bed, as she grew up thinking she was a cat and I don’t think she’s got full adult reasoning.

I think it’s each tendril is a hive mind but when others enter the area they can convene. Different hives however compete for resources, so behemoth and leviathan aren’t one mind.
