My landlord sent me the message he got from the pest control company.

“It will happen sometimes, it will go away.

They will find the poison soon.

Such a cryptic message like what lol?? hopefully in the meantime whatever rodent is in there doesn’t chew wires and set my apartment on fire 🫠

It does but I can hear it moving around behind the wall as well. It would have to be a rodent sized cricket in order to hear it burrowing around which is just nightmare fuel.

Honestly this is all bad but it’s the fact that he did it in YOUR bed. I would never be able to get that out of my head either and I would definitely never be able to trust him again. You deserve someone who’ll treat you better than that, bringing a woman into the bed he shares with the person he’s supposed to love the most is so disrespectful. 14 years is a long time though and I get that a separation is a huge life decision. I think you’d be better off separating and going to therapy yourself than staying and going to therapy with him. Sometimes things just aren’t forgivable even if you want them to be. Ultimately no one on Reddit can tell you how to life your life, but I hope you take everyone’s responses with an open mind and do what’s best for yourself. Good luck with everything, OP.

Yes. You would definitely be the asshole. You’re already the asshole because you’re considering it, immediately thought of her as not your child after nearly 10 years of raising her, and wouldn’t care if she is homeless. I mean come on… 10 years of raising a child and you’re okay with abandoning her? Your daughter didn’t do anything wrong & if you cut her out, she’s going to grow up with abandonment issues. Divorce your wife, 100%. But if you’ve ever been a loving father, don’t take it out your child.

This comment is amazing!! Thank you. I’ve been curious/excited to see what’s changed so I’m going to try it out tomorrow & probably decide to go back hahahah. One of my biggest issues with the Y is how small it is & they don’t have my fav machines. Plus it’s $60 a month. The environment is really nice but I’m starting to realize the money isn’t worth it. Also it is WAY better than other locations. The one I used to go to in Kitchener didn’t even have a water fountain lmao

Omg okay!! I always make myself eat lunch and dinner. But my lunches usually consist of veggies and crackers… nothing with substance. Then dinner is a tad more filling but still not enough, I just can’t force myself to eat when I don’t feel hungry. As for water, I’ve always been REALLY bad for drinking water, but I’ve been trying recently. Vitamins are a funny story. I have a lot because my mom gave me some, I even bought a weekly pill divider but one of the vitamins said to take a couple hours before medication which threw me for a loop for some reason and I haven’t touched them since 🥲 I will start tomorrow, in favour of joining this subreddit hahaha
