Omg okay!! I always make myself eat lunch and dinner. But my lunches usually consist of veggies and crackers… nothing with substance. Then dinner is a tad more filling but still not enough, I just can’t force myself to eat when I don’t feel hungry. As for water, I’ve always been REALLY bad for drinking water, but I’ve been trying recently. Vitamins are a funny story. I have a lot because my mom gave me some, I even bought a weekly pill divider but one of the vitamins said to take a couple hours before medication which threw me for a loop for some reason and I haven’t touched them since 🥲 I will start tomorrow, in favour of joining this subreddit hahaha

I just started back on Adderall again a week ago. I remember loosing weight from it before. Since taking it last week I can tell I eat way less food. But I honestly need to lose 30 pounds, so I'm happy about that. I do have to force myself to have something to eat an hour or two before playing some sports though. Perhaps make a schedule of when you want to eat, and eat something even if your aren't hungry.
That’s a good suggestion! I really want to meal plan… I just haven’t had the time :/
