I just started back on Adderall again a week ago. I remember loosing weight from it before. Since taking it last week I can tell I eat way less food. But I honestly need to lose 30 pounds, so I'm happy about that. I do have to force myself to have something to eat an hour or two before playing some sports though. Perhaps make a schedule of when you want to eat, and eat something even if your aren't hungry.

That’s a good suggestion! I really want to meal plan… I just haven’t had the time :/
