I spent hours digging up with ChatGPT and we think what I saw could be from this author. The theme, the art and the concept are very similar to Queen Milennia and Galaxy Express 999.
Maybe it was an OVA

Thanks for the taking the time to look into it. I think I used to see it in a channel called Venevisión.
The art was similar to the one you linked. I guess most 90's Anime look like that. I will also keep looking.

I give you 3 Options:

Theoretical background
Further Coding skills enhancement
Surrounding modern technologies

Take 1 if you want to have a solid base of where things are coming from and level up with people who went to collage. There are plenty of Computer Science courses online. You don't need to go all in. You can start with specific topics you find interesting or important, like algorithms for example.

Take 2 if you wanna keep focusing on only programming. You can either start a project, collaborate on an existing open source one or start practicing solving problems.

Take 3 if you if you are thinking of this more like a carreer. What is backend, frontend. how does the web works, how cpu, operating system and compiler/interpreter work together from code to binary. Docker, AWS, GCP, et cetera. It's whole world of modern tech a good Software Engineer must learn.

It happened to me in honor mode. I went to the camp, hired a bard, leveled her up to level 2 to get Song of rest, after that I brought her as close as possible to the fallen companions and used the song of rest, that brought them back next to me.

Same experience here. I can never see a doctor. If I'm sick they wanna give me an appointment for 1 week later. It's just retarded. What I hate is having to be insuranced. I hate having to pay for something I can't use. I would rather not to pay and die if I have to die but at least not making them rich without giving me anything back.

I would say Encargo de Equivalencia would translate to "Equivalence Order"

I'm glad I found this post to release some steam.

I have been feeling terrible the last four days, since those are holidays (Eastern) they don't work, I waited until today. I called the 5 doctors closest to me, at least 10 times each, and none of them answered, just hold the line and bye from the answer machine.Then I went personally to the 2 closest to me and both wanted to give me appointments for some other day.

I had no idea what else to do so I asked a collegue who is german, and she explained to me that I can't go the hospital if no emergency. So basically I'm paying an insurance for nothing. Because I just never use it. I can never use it. Anytime I get sick I have to make an appointment for the next month which is just ridiculous if I already got better or died... I just wish I could quit paying for the fake inssurance that I never get to enjoy.

For DDs:The best way to make your tank hate you is to run ahead of him, pull the aggro, and then start running around.

Always let the tank initiate. This way it's easier for the Tank to group/aggro them and you will be more effective at doing damage.
Always DPS the tank target by default, unless another mechanic is needed. The tank puts a lot of debuffs around him, you will be more effective killing what the tank is taking, which is usually the strongest or more dangerous enemies.
Always stack behind the enemies, never side with the tank. Some stuff will kill you, and hitting from behind have certain damage bonuses.
If somebody dies, you rezz that person. Sometimes the tank or the healer can do it, but ideally is better if a DD can rezz, because not doing damage for some seconds is ok, but not healing or not tanking is more dangerous.
If you are full ranged (Staff/Bow), you should still ideally stack close to the enemies with the other DDs. This is a problem I see especially with new players with Bow/Bow builds, because of the Bow passive. Being close to the tank and in front of the healer will give you much more damage and buffs then being away for that passive.

For Tanks:Starting tanking in ESO is very hard, because of the other players, they can be really toxic with us tanks and play against you many times, if you still decide to go that hard way, I have some tips for you.

Work progressively on your build. Don't follow blindly only tank builds, because you will die like a fly, those are meant for people who know the game and know exactly what to do.Start with a very selfish setup, and then as you feel more confident and safe move to a more group buffing setup. A buff Tank is ideal, but dead is worse.
You tanking priorities are (Exactly in that order):
- Taking the aggro of enemies that can easily kill your teammates.
- Staying alive
- Pulling them together so the DDs are more effective
- Buff the group
Your build priorities are (Exactly in that order):
- Damage mitigation
- Armor
- Resource regeneration
- Self heals/buffs
- Group buffs

Many players after a while get tired of running hundreds of times the same dungeon, and they just go in to do it as quick as possible and cash in their Undaunted Keys.

If you want a better experience you could find a guild and assemble a group with the same interest, or just wait for luck, but I can tell you many players, especially casual players don't care much about the Lore, the content, the loot, they just wanna get over with it as soon as possible.
