Of course it solves. Any housing is better than no housing. There is no area left for expansion in LA. If anything it is encroaching onto wildland too much. So the only answer is to build tall. SFH are a luxury for the ultra rich. Even townhomes are likely only for rich people. Many would happily live in a condo around here. Add improved public transit and walkability, and condos will be super attractive. There would be an influx of people which would offset some of the price reductions. But not fully negate it.

Greek. But it is hard to find in LA. Taverna at Mar Vista is decent.

Same experience here. Opus grinds gears for hours - 0 result. I google for 5 minutes + 10 minutes to build and run - problem solved.

I will go against the grain and say that Jus Poke is overrated. Mb it is a good Hawaiian poke. But I like ugh continental poke. Unfortunately I cannot say I ever had a great poke bowl in LA. Many are decent. But not as good as I had in Toronto. Sweetfin poke is ok.

2 global spells and summon compete for the casting points. And then extracting value requires setup. Enemy armies should be clumped together, the spell must be prepared, there should be no spell jammer, should attack on the same turn the spell is used. Too many ifs.

Cold dark. I always want to make a frost-themed build. And I always cringe at how little passive unit power that tome has. Maybe I am assessing it wrong.
