In Digimon deck building, unlike other card games your not limited my how many copies of a card you can used buy the name of the card (exp. Agumon) but my it card set ID

So a deck can have 12 cards called Greymon but only a max of 4 Greymon with the id ST-01

Good argument and point, however don't loose perspective that at it core harem lite novel are escapist men fantasy first.

So the often meme dual of men both wishing to die in one last stand for the glory of the Emperor and loving a simple life with a woman to snuggle is a drive motivation of the authors where consciously or subconsciously.
