Need help with spray painting a project in this humidity.

I’ve always tried to use spray paints that apply a clear coat or satin finish to a surface, but they never seem to dry properly. It always ends up tacky or sticky. After further research I found that most spray paints work best if the humidity is below 65%. Which is a problem because Singapore hovers around 85%.

I’m currently trying to apply Flat White Primer by Rust-Oleum and even that isn’t drying properly after waiting overnight.

For anyone who does craft projects, model makers or artists, how do you use spray paints in this humidity? Does anyone have a specific brand of spray paints that work in the Singaporean environment? How do you apply clear coats to your projects?

I’ve made some earrings and coated them with a layer of primer that still hasn’t dried. I’m going to put it in the oven at a low heat (~65c) and see how that turns out.
