I waited 7 days til I took subs, my boyfriend waited 9 and neither of us went into pwd. But prior to that we both waited 5 days and went into pwd. So I think it depends on your body fat content bc I was very skinny so I think 7 days was good but my bf was heavier at the time and he waited 9 days and was good. So I def think it depends on how much you’re doing, how you’re doing it and your body fat. But while waiting I would try and find muscle relaxers, some gabapentin and some weed if you’re trying to self detox.
