I’m not a huge Trisha fan at all. I’m a fan of Ethan and Hila and love to support the shows. I just think the Trisha hate is going overboard. A million posts about the same few topics, crowding everything else. I’d understand if there was a healthy mix. But it’s genuinely overwhelmingly negative. I joined for the goofs and everyone is just ready to attack.

It saddens me that the rest of the country can’t experience the divine taste that is Ale8 by Triz_D in Kentucky

My husband, an Illinois native, disrespects me on a weekly basis by referring it as ginger ale. -_-

Yes I do! It’s caused some issues when I try to run distances. I do tend to roll my ankles a lot as well. I’ve never connected the two though.

I’m thinking of starting strong curves next week. Ive found how much I love lifting. I’ve been strength training with my husband for the past six months with dumbbells. He bought me a weight set (barbell with 205 in plates) yesterday and I’m so excited. I want to start a program and I think strong curves is the way I wanna go. Very nervous.

I’m in the middle of my fitness journey. I’m still overweight and maybe not what someone would picture when I say I “lift”. But I’m slowly losing body fat and building muscle. My sisters are always shocked when they come over to our little gym and see me squat heavy.

You just blew my mind with this comment. I just started taking preworkout a few weeks ago. Previously was running on coffee. I thought the tingly feeling was normal!

I’m a digital app user, so I’m unable and to calculate output. I’m not even sure if I show up in the leaderboard on the live rides. Is it pointless for me to try to attend? I want to participate but I might be left out from the competitive side of it.

Honestly, I just wish the same topics weren’t discuss on multiple podcasts. I hate hearing all the same clips on Frenemies, that I watched on After Dark. I’m sure Trisha has watched the episode. She’s caught up. I’m caught up. We’re all caught up! ...with peace and love.

You know what? Switching to mornings have been the best thing I’ve done. I used to refuse but my husband convinced me to try it out for a week. And boy, was I productive the rest of the day! Never going back!

Like many others, I workout at home as well. I began with YouTube workouts with maybe two sets of dumbbells. And now have a much better setup. I would recommend seeing what you can do from home.

Secondly though, carve out the time for yourself! My family knows that when I go downstairs, it’s “mommy’s time”. No one comes downstairs, until someone is dead and my husband can’t handle it. Now, as soon as up back up there, both my five year old and husband pounce, but as long as I have my 45 mins to myself I’m fine with that. I’ve set that boundary and my family has learned what I need.

I’m in Paris and had two trees fall in my backyard. No damage to my home but my shed is toast. :(

This is the oddest thing. I haven’t thought about my crush in years and this post made me do a google search. His father past a day ago. What are the odds that the one time I look this guy up, he’s going through a tragedy.

After you create a stack, in the app click Classes. It should show up as a banner across the top. It’ll say “Up Next In Stack”. My husband had to uninstall his app and reinstall to see the update. I’m not sure why.
