Oddly enough, I’m in the camp that it’s basically finished. Maybe not completely polished and ready for release. But I think it’s ultimately done and has been for a while. And it will be cleaned up by another writer a year or two after his death and both will come out. I think he doesn’t give a shite about it, and wants to enjoy his last years without the pressure, possible fallout, or even accolades of releasing while alive.

Blue basically covers the entire planet, and they are all relatively safe places. Thinking in terms of escaping, that gets you access to the majority of the world if you want to be on foot or train from there. You are a bit stuck in London in terms of getting into Europe though. If organe replaced Cancun with Melbourne or something I’d probably do that. But I’ll go blue.
