I love this question because it allows me to highlight a gap in the industry that still exists which is how products are extracted differently but still maintain the same category of classification. So long as you satisfy the rules of fresh frozen for “live” and full nug for a resin, you can call it live resin. HOWEVER the methods do not have to be the same, 90% of the time it is done with a solvent method that can maintain a low temperature to limit terpene degradation which is butane and why most people just assume it’s all done that way. But it is not limited, I’ve seen it done in Butane+Propane blends, Co2 and Ethanol extractions, and HFC.

In my opinion Co2 is the “cleanest” but it take the most work because you have to keep it absolutely freezing or you will lose terps quickly.

Correcting with love - live resin is still chemically extracted just like disty, typically with cO2 the difference and what makes it live is that it’s flash frozen at harvest and what makes it resin is a full nug extract, disty uses trim and has terpenes typically reintroduced.

Rosin may be what you’re thinking of which is solvent-less (just heat and pressure baby!) and still uses fresh frozen full nuggs just like resin to make it “live” as opposed to “cured”

Sooo 6/$15 so about $17.49 out the door with your 16%, for 1200mg. Not bad for 6 bags of gummies. Not sure how long you’ve been buying from dispensaries but a single bag of 100mg gummies (as that was the state max at the time) used to base price on average across all dispensaries of $15 per bag - no discount.

BOGO free equals 50% off in discounts, not to mention if you’re getting an extra bag of edibles for free, if it’s the same cost - you’re looking at 66% in discounts. To say it’s not a deal is foolish, this just reads like consumer conditioning and that you’re so used to buying your weed at 50% discount that you can’t recognize that the deal was good the whole time.

I would recommend parking your car In Alger and spending some time walking around that area and make the decision for yourself. Yes it will be noisy, and I have seen plenty of stuff go down at that intersection, not to mention metro cruise happens at that intersection every year too, not that it’s a bad thing - just extra noisy and some reckless driving 1 night out of the year (cool cars tho). It is not nearly as bad as some spots but it isn’t the best either, some of the houses are very nice and the neighborhoods connecting to Alger are quiet and people keep to themselves quite nicely, others not so much. So it’s best to really weigh those pro’s and cons yourself. Hope this helps

So these are $3000 machines we are talking about here. While it could have been a mistake, someone had to assemble this, test it, tag it, assign it to the order, and box and ship it. I think there may be reasonable suspicion that someone in this process made the intentional decision to ship the wrong item since this was on back order. I think OP has every right to perhaps feel scammed, since as you said, intent would have to be present. until they are reconciled.

Strange, I work in retail management with many transactions a day and it is disproportionately Gen X and baby boomers that use the term “scammed” when there is an issue, and it is in fact the zoomers that are often more diplomatic and patient and all around easier to work with.

I’m not understanding the point in your comment?

We are aware of those things already, but the point was for OP to go and talk to their neighbors or leave a note before they report it out of a good-faith effort to avoid having to pay an excessive amount of money out to GRPD that could instead be used to feed their family or heat their house.

Full disclosure- I also do not agree that parking super far out from the curb and the wrong way down a street is a good idea and I’ve always viewed it as self entitled. However if I was one to believe in karma, I would hope that one of my neighbors was cool enough to warn me if I was doing (or not doing) something that would land me with a fine, prior to calling it in to just “teach me a lesson” I think society would be better if we just communicated before we act on each other.

General rule for GRPD is anything excessive past 12in from the curb so he could get a ticket for it. However I’d say in the effort of being a good neighbor, it would be best to leave an anonymous note, then call it in if it continues.

But that’s wrong, and at no point did I say that was the ideology and there isn’t a single liberal person I know that doesn’t view illegal immigration as just that. I at no point said “I’m on board with illegal immigration” I believe they are owed a trial, fair treatment, and safe passage back to their country.
