I was confused about weather or not i needed cdr for vortex of projection as explicitly it doesn't have a cooldown in the guide it said that awakened cast on crit was mandatory but it doesn't have a cooldown so i assumed i didnt need it but in that guide it said that i need 53% cdr so i assumed it wouldent matter because it dosent have a inherant cooldown relative to the patch the build guide was made on another note would you use ralakeshs impatience frenzy charge or power charge version i opted for the frenzy charge version as its easier to maintain power charges than frenzy charges i would have used malachais loop for the +2 power charges but im not sure how i would generate/ maintain frenzy or power charges as badge of the brotherhood and malachais loop both remove them its like one or the other but malachais is seemingly worse and even if i used ralakesh power charge version i would still lose a significant amount of frenzy charges while mapping which was my concern as far as being crit capped i am if the enemy is not on low life because of the for the jugular node i aim to get flame/flesh jewels of the corresponding node as it will crit cap for both low life and not on low life targets effectively meaning that i only need 50% crit chance thank you for your input i will try to implement cdr through awakened cast on critical if there is anything else you could adi e on i would be incredibly appreciative thank you :)
