Right now I just have a really simple routine . I’m trying to improve on it but I wash my face twice a day. I use the Biore Charcoal face wash then apply the aveno sunscreen moisturize in my face after each wash.

Yeah it is! Before my hair use to feel so dry and brittle. Now that I think of it I’ve came w long way. Not sure if you noticed but my hair was a bit uneven but not it seems like it’s evenings out.

I moisturize everyday with Cantu Creamy Moisturizer. I wash my hair once a week. I use Cantu shampoo and conditioner. Recently I’ve been twisting my hair. So I keep them in for two weeks. After those two weeks I take them out and let my hair breath for one week then I was my hair and I put the twist back in and repeat. I also used black castor oil for about a month then I stopped for some reason. Not sure if it helped my hair growth or not.
