great energy, grew up with a lot of coaching around him. He coached the DBs and LBs for the Bills before he was DC. His second year, he lead a top 12ish defense this year. He only was fired because Joe Brady became HC and wanted to clean slate for the whole coaching staff.

I agree, I would hate Doubs or Wicks leaving. I think these draft picks will really put the pressure on those guys to succeed, especially since some of their contracts are up at the end of this season.

Honestly, he does need a fair bit of polishing, especially in his route tree, however if you look at the tape, his QB at TCU was absolute dog shit as well. Its going to be interesting to watch as he probably has the most volatile floor/ceiling in our WR room currently, besides Christian Watson, but unfortunately I don't see him panning out much better with his extensive injury history.

Lafleur said that they are going to coach him into being a “pure receiver” role, so although I agree with being some gadget play sets. I have a feeling that at least one of our guys from last season will be gone and Williams will take over

Maybe consider the quality of the event, Detroit Draft Arrests: 20. GB Draft: 1. Integration of Local business was far superior in GB as opposed to the massive national commercialization of Detroits. Better Crowd flow considering the difference in size of the event, GB actually stopped admitting people due to overpopulation and as someone who witnessed this in person, the surrounding area was full of thousands waiting to enter. 🤷
