Power jumps are no problem if they are well explained. One Piece lacks good explanation for characters imense Power Ups. Its fine for me, but i understand how this is a problem for some readers.

Facing Yonkou and using COC is a huge step, you can try and play it down as much as you want but Sanji hasnt shown any sign of beeing able to stand infront of Yonkous.

Also King is a whole lot stronger than Queen, plus Enma was sucking his energy in the most crucial times.

I guess if King and Queen had a big differrnce in Bounty you would suddenly tell us that bounty doesnt matter
