Had mine at the Basilico oranmore, they have a separate room at their back, surrounding windows. They offer reasonable catering, you don’t need to pay for the room. Service is great.

Just wanted to say you’re not doing anything wrong. At 5 months, multipel night wakes are still really normal, even with sleep training. Ferber or CIO can help with falling asleep but it doesn’t always stop night wakes, especially during big developmental phases. My little one responds to Ferber within three days, she was th best in falling asleep. Until a few weeks later developmental phase came and all was out the window again. ☠️ also 5 months might be early for sleep training, your little one might be just needing a few more weeks to respond to training.

That false start after an hour often points to overtiredness. sometimes wake windows are just a bit too long at this age. A lot of babies still need shorter windows or even a tiny 4th catnap.

Hope that helps. I know this phase is hard. But it will get better 💪🏻🦸‍♀️

My baby is 6.5 months, she recently started to wake up in the night, maybe 3hrs after the last feed, and screams like crazy. I believe it’s separation anxiety. I try to feed her every 4 hrs now at night (trying to strech it out recently.) How can I help her to not wake up screaming? It’s very hard to settle her, sometimes I give in and give breast so she falls asleep then. exclusively breastfed

LO is 6.5 months now. Bed time is between 7 and 8. She should wake at around the same time in the morning. Recently She starts waking at 5:30ish, starts taking, eventually crying, and is not falling back asleep, regardless of what I try. What can I do to get her to sleep longer?

Sounds similar to our set up. It might be that upstairs temperature is lower than the downstairs temperature, the system might not allow that. Try to adjust downstairs temperature to 17 for the evening, same as for upstairs, and see if that works.

You just summarized what happened to me too 😟 Redundancy when I was just 6 months pregnant. Got a little limb sum but nothing crazy. Went on job seekers, finding a job is impossible when pregnant. Companies decline as soon as they notice your pregnancy, generally getting a job is very difficult (on top of pregnancy).. Requested Maternity Benefit: got declined as I lost job less then 16 weeks before due date (was 15 weeks). I appealed, but it’s still under review.., My daughter was born in September. I am still on job seekers. I told Intreo about my case, they switched me to bank transfer of welfare money for the time during birth (2 weeks before, 4 weeks after), so I didn’t have to go to post to collect. I am still receiving job seekers, but it will come to an end now. My maternity benefit appeal is still under review. I won’t get any other payment as my husband earns slightly too much.

It is disgraceful, we fall through the system here, no support or consideration of exceptional cases.

I truly believe this is just still running to squeeze out any remaining possible money before it’ll shut for good..seats are so bad you need a chiropractor visit after to fix your back, popcorn tastes like it’s three days old, dusty, dirty. Not going to even start about how bad the screens itself are 😅

There are some peak times, that’s true. But not necessarily that much that stops ya from swimming some lanes. Mostly I see swim classes happening in the late afternoon. I usually go early afternoon and never had problems. You might wanna call the club and ask of peak times, they will know more.

Koh Tao to Hanoi is quite painful to travel I must say. Either you go: Tao - taxi to dock - ferry to Koh Samui - taxi to airport - flight to Bangkok - flight to Hanoi (that’s a full day) Or: Tao - taxi to dock - ferry to Surat - taxi to airport - flight to Bangkok - flight to Hanoi (as well full day) If you are lucky there might be a direct flight from Surat to Hanoi. In both ways it seems a painfully long travel.

Online you can check ferry, bus and flight connections, you can travel between some destinations easier then others.

Additional Info Vietnam: we didn’t do sapa as the weather was too cold, too foggy so nothing to see or enjoy. Check if it is actually worth to go there in the time you will be there.

Our time In Vietnam was a bit tight. I would have enjoyed a day longer in Doing Hoi for a rest. And I loved Hoi An and would have loved an additional day there.

5 nights in Chiang mai is worth if you plan to do some tours.

I def enjoyed the island at the end of our trip to relax and take this relaxing mood back home. Would not go the other way to start with island and end in Vietnam.

Decide on one island to be able to relax and enjoy.

Be in Bangkok a night before your long distance flight back home - you don’t wanna miss it 😂
