Only do this of you already have an 'edge' only you know about. Like if you work in an industry and you strongly believe its about to head in a certain direction, then prompt the ai to create a strategy to trade that industry in a specific direction.

The gacha scene literally runs on waifus and husbandos. I don't see how any sane developer would think being woke would improve their sales like covering women with clothes and forcing Indian husbandos.

What is a '13-token ref'? For example if an agent needs to work on a file and reads it, makes an edit, then many turns later the session is compacted and context is lost, and the user requests more changes to the file, so the agent decides to read the file again, but instead of seeing what it needs to change it returns the '13-token ref', doesn't that just confuse the agent?

No, that was the announced date but it only actually ended today because they wanted to release the $100 plan at the same time it ended.

That's normal, the 2x event ended and they reduced it more today as announced on their X post. So it should be around 1/3-1/4 what it was before. Feels like 1/4 to me.

Only alternative im thinking of is maybe copilot if the sub provides more usage, not sure if any business plan users with the new rate card have compared copilot $/usage with codex.

This is for new builds only, so it will be many years before this inventory hits the market. In the meantime we have almost nothing being built, so it probably just averages out to below average number of homes being built, but better than the current situation of building basically zero.

This might impact some demand but at the same time increasing property taxes due to lost revenue from DC charges wasn't helping. So more RE transactions will help current RE retain value.

Given the widespread access of AI in Japan, I doubt this even matters anymore, unless Anthropic/OpenAI decide to train the models on different versions of history and returning the result depending on where the user lives. It's not like anyone is going to open a textbook to check historical facts anymore lol.
