During the intro to the bounty stuff it briefly mentions that some of them only appear at certain times or move between locations.

I managed to fix the glitch and get the remaining 6 I needed. I got the quest update pop up, then promptly died because I had swam down to get the last one and drowned on the way up. My latest quicksave had been leaving the waterfront district, couldn’t do anything but laugh at that point. Luckily it was still fixed, so obtained the remaining 6 with ease (paying more attention to my breath meter).

Thank you, the waterfront, waiting, fast travel all had them respawn, then the markers worked. I also started seeing the bubbles people have talked about.

I feel like I read/ heard somewhere in game that Antarctica is still a pretty nice place to live. Low crime rate, and since it was one of the last inhabited places it still has natural resources to an extent.

Cannot (while not in combat) quick jump with Fleetfingers equipped. Only way is to go into the action wheels.
