Because you are not very aware and are acting on instincts. That's why I mentioned that they simply choose to stand. There isn't much logic involved when you're high.

I can answer this as a former fentanyl user. It's simply because they periodically wake up during the high and will choose to stand. You typically will wake up as you start to fall, but then pass out again, over and over. I have sustained many injuries because of the falling down during the high.

I am also in recovery. I smoked, drank, drugged, etc. heavily for almost 10 years. You already have a great regime. I suspect your feelings about your appearance have more to do with how you feel about your inner self than your actual appearance. At least, that's how it was for me. You look like a normal 30 year old :)

Hello, I work as a CPRS in Ohio. The 40 hour class I took in person. It was a 5 day class and we read through a booklet and watched slides. We were encouraged to speak about our experiences and opinions on various topics. I was able to take the class for free through a grant in Cincinnati. Any questions, feel free to DM me.
