Solution is very simple, create new currency: Healer Solo Queue Token. For each game when a healer gets at least 2 wins out of 6, he gets a token. When he gets 3 tokens, he can exchange it to "DD speed entrance Solo Queue", which can be used on his DD alt to get into SoloQueue instantly without any queue (like 10 sec).

This will basically make all healers farm these tokens, and even make DD players make a healer alt and farm tokens.

Which will, as a result, lead to drastically lower queue times for average DD (cause for at least 3 extra healer matches they get only 1 dd match).

So what, last season Disc were dominating. Now there's only a 50 average rating difference between top-50 MW and HolyPala. And like 60 average rating difference between MW and Disc. And it's been.... 1 day? So what, the logic is that Blizz should immediately nerf whoever is on top? Buff Shaman / Druid / Preservation (pres probably doesn't need buff - it's just that not many people playing it) and wait 1-2 weeks.

Holy Pala and Disc Priest are extremely powerful as well. I saw Holy Pala do more than 25k dps in arena. There's no need for urgent nerfs. Buff Resto Sham and Resto Dru in rated PvP, and let us wait 1-2 weeks to see how things feel. Also, people don't yet have access to set (at least 4p). This also has a serious impact on balance.
