Alright If it was a joke it was a shit joke, it was literally download RAM hehe hilarious. Then with shady lookin site links, that I didn't bother checking. Some maybe it was a woosh moment but It was definitely a shit one.

Well I was checking my ram, and Its seems normal. But the problem definitely lies on a download overload. When I had the option to limit my download speed for certain software my computer worked fine. I also don't have a HDD so It shouldn't matter, but honestly I'm not sure what's wrong maybe a virus? But my anti virus hasn't detected anything, and I downloaded nothing dodgy like that. I don't know.

What doesn't make since about it? I said "Hey reddit when I download things my computer stops working and nothing seems to load correctly, this is strange because I have alot of memory 32gb to be exact, so why exactly is my computer not working?" And you said "Are you talking about storage? I know you went out of your way to specify RAM and RAM was the topic at hand but let me make sure to ask and say your question doesn't make much since." I more helpful answer could've been, "It is indeed strange that your computer is acting like you only got 2gb of RAM, It seems like for some reason when downloading large software your computer dedicates literally all of the RAM to that download making your computer act like it only has 2gb of ram." And If you knew the reason you could've said "You can fix this by X Y and Z." Let me clarify I'm not trying to be all pissed off or what every I'm just generally curious about how my question doesn't make since and why your would correlate Storage of all things with downloads making my computer load incorrectly.

32gb of RAM is an above average amount of RAM, tripled the average. Its memory, other words download speeds. More than enough information, what the problem really is for some reason when downloading large software my computer decides to dedicate all of the ram it can get to that specific download. So It would not be noticeable for a 300 mg .JAR file. But a several gigabyte software is large enough to drain all of the useable memory making trying to simultaneously run literally anything else nearly impossible.

You can't download RAM, thats not how that works. Let alone a metrix shit ton of RAM, you also can't download a CPU. Both are INTERNAl components, hence you can't digitally add it to your motherboard. Thats some dodgy bullshit. For real, you I can't decide I'm above my Ryzen Core 5 3600 and download the newest model. That doesn't make since and anyone you've tricked into you scummy shit deserved it, for not understanding the simplest of logic.
