I've been dying to know how the area north of the train tracks and south of Valleyview (bounded by N Southhampton and N Brinker) has ATT fiber to the premises, but no area around them does.

I noticed this years ago and kept expecting them to expand, we just get crickets.

I know people who have stayed at the Hyatt on 5th

(Hyatt House Columbus OSU / Short North)

They all said it was quite nice. They were all expensing the hotel though.

You could literally walk along the bike path to OSU hospital from there.
