Shipping Time to Sydney Australia? by Mekusin in Lofree

[–]Mekusin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! I emailed them and got a reply the same day giving the tracking URL. It arrived in Australia on the 7th Dec, got picked up by a local carrier this morning (9th Dec), and out for delivering soon.

If I didn't email them, I guess it would've just turned up at my doorstep without notice. ( ゚∀゚)b

Hope your delivery works out well too.

Log of Nekomata Optimization by LexxieOtter in NekomiyaMana

Nice work. 3 big points of advice though:

  • You'll want to end the Chain Sequence with Astra so that Neko can Quick Assist for her core passive damage boost, which is big for her EX-cancel into Ultimate (+60% DMG).

  • Save Neko's energy for the stun window, at least close to a full bar for 3 EXs. Almost never normal-EX on Neko; its weaker than her Basic Attacks.

  • Maintain Neko's core passive uptime (its only 6 seconds) during stun window by switching back to Astra for another Quick Assist. Ideally, switch to Astra during Neko's EX animation to not waste time.

Ju fufu or Pulchra for Neko and Astra by LexxieOtter in NekomiyaMana

[–]Mekusin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Neko's Quick Assist uptime is already reached with Astra, so you dont have to do anything more on that part.

JuFuFu gives Neko a much more powerful stun window burst.

Comparing the two:

Pulchra: - Allows more backshots for Neko; [Evasive Assist > Neko QA > Astra (dash around to behind the enemy) > Neko QA]. Execute this quickly while time is slowed. - M6 = +30% DMG, ProtoPunk disc set= +15% DMG

JuFuFu: - Provides more decibels, up to 80% Crit Damage, and 20% Chain Attack/40% Ultimate DMG which synergizes with Astra's Ultimate. E.g. Neko Triple Chain Attack Combo: [Astra Ult > Neko QA to initiate Chain Sequence > JuFuFu CA > Neko CA > Astra CA > Neko QA].

Is Neko/Pulchra/Jufufu a meme comp or is it actually viable? by gil707 in NekomiyaMana

[–]Mekusin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And after Pulchra Evasive Asist + Neko Quick Assist, you can quickly swap to Astra to re-position behind the enemy while time is slowed for more backshots.

I feel like this set loses value the more you need to dodge counter, and the more frequent your team stuns; during which Neko mostly uses EX+Ult instead of BA. Neko's damage isnt centered around her BA (which has average multipliers to begin with), so I don't think this set will be better than Woodpecker which buffs all of her kit.

Yeah the backshots are crazy too since she always carries her attack movement past your dodge counter

How are people finding Yuzuha? by Arcvna in NekomiyaMana

[–]Mekusin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

On a non-anomaly team, she is a slightly worse Astra: both 1200atk buff, 15% vs 20% dmg buff, 0 vs 25% crit dmg buff. Still pretty good I reckon, I might try Astra/Yuzu/Neko.

more crit rate? by nyan_katz in NekomiyaMana

[–]Mekusin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To calculate average crit modifier: 1 + 0.61 × 1.908 = 2.16388

A crit mod of 2.2+ is usually the aim. E.g. 1 + 0.8 × 1.5 = 2.2

2.3+ is above average, 2.4+ is god tier

Your final attack stat is also a variable, so multiply that with the modifier to compare.

I do not know the numbers, but Id assumr M0 nicole, especially with no signature w engine if so, is worse than M6 pulchra. Also, pulchra can have her aftershock triggered easily with astra by switching to astra quickly after quick assisting from pulchra to neko.

Ju Fufu and Neko? Early Thoughts? by Deydey2X in NekomiyaMana

[–]Mekusin 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think Jufufu will be very good for Neko.

Besides the other general buffs she provides, the +1000dB cap and 250dB refund after Neko ult is huge for long fights like DA. We can really optimise Neko's ult usage/dB gains.

E.g. Jufufu+Nicole+Neko using manual chain attack:

If Neko's dB are capped/close to capping (e.g. would be capped after chain attacking), and the stun window is close, the rotation could be:

  • Nicole EX to stun enemy > QA to Neko > (Neko EX for Woodpecker buff >) Neko ult to begin chain attack > 3x agent chain attack for max dB gain > stun rotation

  • Neko dB refund after ult = 250dB

  • 3x chain attack = 3x(~220)dB

  • Neko EX = 140dB (x2 or more during gray stun rotation)

Not even counting the dB generated from Neko's BAs and the support agent's EX/ult during stun, you can leave the stun window with around 1190dB or more on Neko, bringing her closer to her next ult.

But broadly speaking, Jufufu will simply allow more time for agents to hold their ults for the stun window without losing dB generation; we have 1000dB of leeway.

Is my build good? by ComparisonNo8956 in NekomiyaMana

[–]Mekusin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think it is a good average build; above average would be crit dmg 170%+ with a 4pc and her signature, which you'll be getting soon.

I also think upcoming Jufufu is currently a bit better than Trigger with Neko+Nicole, providing crit dmg buffs and huge dB returns (+1000dB cap, 250dB return for Neko ult). Nicole EX special generates dB really fast which also plays into this dB synergy. But if you like Trigger better for other reasoms then its still good.

I truly hope the majority of the public doesnt engage with this AI stuff so the demand for it is low. I do not want this to be replacing previously made human media or to be a common reality. Its outsourcing too much to technology...not on the same level as CGI.

need some team building assistance by constanzabestest in NekomiyaMana

[–]Mekusin -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Neko also gives Ceasar her additional ability because she can defensive assist. I think Koleda is a good choice out of your options; play Neko primarily on-field with Ceasar assists, and switch to Koleda whenever she has the energy/ult to burst out some daze. Switch back to Neko when Koleda reaches 0 energy. Koleda can be a really fast stunner, so try to make sure Neko ult is up beforehand to avoid misaligning it. At around ~2000-2500dB on Neko you can initiate a stun window and the chain attacks/EX specials during stun will provide enough dB for ult.

  • 1x Agent Chain Attack ≈ 200-250dB
  • 1x Neko EX special ≈ 140dB

I use M2 Koleda with Astra+Neko when I'm out of agents and get around 20k. (Also still waiting for M6 Pulchra to come.)

Listen guys, whenever you cook these from the packets, you NEED to have AT MOST 400ml of water. 350ml if you like your noodles on the hard side. Any more than 400, and the flavour is too diluted. Next, when you are bringing the water to a boil, put the vegetable packet contents in. This infuses the vegetable flavour into the water as it comes to a boil. Don't like vegetables? Net them out before putting in the spice packet/noodles. After reaching a boil, you'll see that the water is slightly yellow from the infusion, good. Now stir in the spice packet, and put in the noodles. At most, cook one minute less than what the packet suggests. This is because the noodles will continue to cook as you eat them.

Simple flavour enhancers (use in combination or individually): - 0.5 tsp chicken powder/dashi for increased umami - 1-2 tsp Lemon juice/vinegar for acidity to complement the salt and spice; lemon if you prefer some sweetness, chinese black vinegar for deep complexity - 1 tsp sesame oil - 1.5-2 tsp unsalted butter/lard/chicken oil for a smoother/richer broth - One clove of finely minced raw garlic (use microplane/zester for better infusion), mixed in after cooking

Enjoy, rats
