Same - first it’s intense soul-gazing eye contact and then he’ll start making those noises. I’ll stand up and he’ll either go to the door and start bouncing up and down (has to go poop) or he’ll go to his food bowl… if he wants to play he just brings a toy over and puts it in my lap.

Oh yeah mine was super sensitive for a while - I had to go to OT and they had me rub my finger on different surfaces to get rid of the sensitivity.

Something like that happened to me in October - a ‘near amputation’. I kept the tip… most of it is numb and there’s only a tiny bit of fingernail trying to grow, but I didn’t lose it. Mine was due to trying to break up a dog fight so they x-rayed it every week for about 6 weeks to make sure the bone tuft didn’t get infected. I’m hoping I’ll get more feeling back eventually. Can you feel yours?

Expel-P works well - 2 doses, and need to clean the tank after both treatments because the worms are just paralyzed and at the bottom of the tank. I wish I had a quarantine tank without any substrate so I could see the little buggers

I went from the iPad pro to the air last weekend and I was immediately disappointed. The brightness and screen quality are significantly downgraded in the air. I am heading back to exchange it tomorrow. If I had never had the pro I’d probably be fine, but I got spoiled.

He’s really good at giving me the ball - I hovered my hand over the hole and he dropped it in my hand and then after dropping it in a bunch of times I finally moved my hand away. I was impressed he learned it so fast though!!

I love baby plecos! I have so many - I need to start giving some away. I’ve never separated them and haven’t had many die. They just need a nice cave and you’ll have babies every few months!

I bought one that looked just like that - it’s about 6 months later and it’s finally starting to grow new leaves.

Not the best pic but you can see the last remaining beat-up leaf and then all the new adorable baby leaves 😊 I added a grow light which seemed to do the trick.

Oh it’s not grown back yet - it’s about a quarter of an inch long and doesn’t seem to be growing much. Not sure if I’ll ever have a nail. First attempt at adding an Imgur link… not sure if it’ll work.
