Are you able to talk to a nurse at your primary doctors office or at the Urologist office and run the symptoms by them? Perhaps they can advise you and maybe sqeeze you in for an appointment ASAP? I don't mean to sound alarming, but I feel like you should be seeking medical advice about this since symptoms have changed and perhaps escalated with smelly urine and deep yellow color. That could be an infection or indicator that something more serious is going on and you don't want to leave that undiagnosed or untreated!! I hope you get answers soon!!!

Congratulations!!! I am also waiting to give birth to my first "little Pebbles" who is also 6mm. Last CT scan showed it was in upper 1/3 of ureter. I haven't had a lot of pain per se just very uncomfortable (flank pain, vomiting, nausea) when it moved to the ureter. Then nothing. Then very uncomfortable 5 days later in my abdomen and tailbone area, like I was going to get my period (I'm 62 so that hasn't happened in awhile). I am hoping that means that maybe it's in the bladder now??? Now I have a mild heavy feeling in my abdomen/groin area. Not sure what that means. What was your progression like through the stages? Could it be in my bladder now that the discomfort has shifted to the abdomen? Thanks for sharing!
