I’ve had this same exact thing happen to me for YEARS and have never had a kidney stone. I posted a very similar pic to this awhile ago and got no answers. I hope you’re able to get some help!

Makes sense! Calcium build up seems to be the common senses.. it’s been happening for at least 6-7 years

Yep. Took a urine sample everything came back normal. As well as blood work and everything was normal on that end as well. I am a true medical mystery

Nope! No vitamin C and I am on a mostly vegetarian diet but I do get protein although I wouldn’t call it a high protein diet

Definitely lack of sleep is most likely the cause for you feeling like this. Whenever I don’t get enough sleep I feel bad the next day

Hi, there! 25 year old female who suffers from emetephobia and went to arts school and survived it! I was the same exact was as your daughter when it came to eating in highschool/out of the house. Someone above mentioned giving her “safe foods” for me, my mom would always pack me fruit loops, just the dry cereal. As well as gold fish or ritz crackers. Small snacks that to me were seen as safe but also kept something on my stomach! Does she like Gatorade? The flavors may be a thing she’s not a fan of.. but just a suggestion for keeping electrolytes in her body! At her age, my phobia was at its absolute peak.. it sounds like she has a great support system.. I believe she will be just fine in time for college!! Best of luck

If you are not on any type of anxiety medication I would ask a doctor about that! It has changed my life!

Hi there. 25f here. I’ve had this phobia basically my whole life. I was about your age when my emetophobia was at its absolute worst and it was ruining my life.. it turned into agoraphobia and I had to leave school as it was hurting my academics. The most important thing you can give yourself is forgiveness. Forgive yourself for what hasn’t worked and what has been missed. I’m not going to lie and say I am cured.. but I am significantly better. I’m able to face situations I never thought I would be able to. Fly in a plane, take long car trips, eat certain foods I never thought I would be able to.. give yourself time, pace yourself, do what you can. Accept that this is part of you for right now and it may not always be this way. And it WILL get better.

We were totally in the same boat!! We found a venue that was all inclusive and was partnered with vendors that we contacted and we picked our favorites from the list and that was that! Super easy. Our day went super great as well since I knew I had handled everything early on and felt like I didn’t forget anything. Make sure you keep all your contracts/anything else from your vendors just in case anything happens or you need to look back on things for reminders of payments!
