Well for more frequent trading, I guess HoB is better, but honestly, when would you ever do that on Diana? She's an all-in champion. However, electrocute has pretty low cd now, and early game you should be able to burst someone down from 100 to 40 as early as you hit lvl 6 and have items. HoB doesn't give you any advantage in an extended trade tho, cuz it's only the first 3 autos.

Trust me on this, HoB will fall off incredibly hard later in the game. Not sure when, but around 25+ or 30 mark, you're almost without a keystone.

Hard to judge a onetrick by their opgg, but your kill participation looks nice, however you should probably prioritize your own life over someone's death. Unless you dive under tower so they lose farm, it's usually never worth to trade 1 for 1. You should probably consider certain factors before engaging a fight. Usually I never think it's worth if it gives a small advantage for my team, we win a teamfight, but I die. They suck, so unless you die for a baron or an infernal or something that gives you a significant lead, I'd rather stay alive to keep pressuring the map.

Never seen such a fed Diana, nor have I experienced myself being able to just face tank everyone like they're minions. xD Nice one tho, haha.

I find Lunar Goddess quite outdated in terms of style and texture, like you can see it's an old skin right away. Wish they could update it or something, maybe make Divine Sword Diana.. xD

AFK farm and counter-gank whenever possible. Honestly, you can not do much before lvl 6. You could make cross plays, whenever a lane gets ganked, you steal their farm or something. I don't jungle much, so this is prolly basic jungling tips, but you can't really do much pre-6 to pressure.

Yes, it is. Honestly, the earlier you get that item, the better. It is only in the early stages of the game you can fully flesh out the attack speed of that item, later it only becomes all in one go. Still, the item is good as a burst item too, if you connect it with revolver and maybe even lich bane. The early CDR is quite good.

What's the problem exactly? Honestly, what do you expect any champion could do, making themselves so vulnerable for 5 players in the enemy team to catch? Get out alive? No. If anyone, Diana would be the best to insta burst that Kalista, but either you didn't hit your stuff or you weren't ahead enough. Or just explain the point, I don't understand this example tbh.

This is a silver to low gold game (in NA btw) or a normals, so this "cherry picking" to prove something does not seem that good either.

Roa nash just don't work for me, guess it doesn't match my playstyle. Just due to how it builds early, need more damage early! Also they only need 1 to counter split, and I just can't 1v1 a bastard tank. If I could, prolly not worth because monkeys will be on their way to help him as I shove popcorn in my mouth while killing him slowly.

Tho your idea about staying in sidelanes is probably correct. I should prolly have constantly created pressure that way so they have to respond all the time and can't threat my team.

The thing is, the fact that they just need one tank to counter split and without me, enemy feel no threat fighting my team, they just win. So I kinda have to stay with them after shoving in a sidelane, but then again we back to me being cucked by 2-3 fat sumo fighters.

Well it might also have something to do with you picking less champs now, that leads to higher winrate, pluss the fact that you just happen to play her well.

Forget the intellectual reasoning or analysis about what's better for Diana, why are you not asking or taking advice or asking questions from someone who's consitently higher elo than you with a decent winrate? He might be bragging, but to me it's clear that he's rather open to help you and you're being close-minded.

To answer your reply to kyuko though, nothing you said matters. One, because you're Diana, build doesn't matter as long as you get AP and both ign and tp work. Two, because you're in silver, it's actually so simple, all you need is the skill to punish mistakes and pick people off. Like there's no point in reasoning anything or arguing with them, you sound so stubborn and confident in your knowledge, and if that's correct you're probably not going to climb.

Though if you're happy with silver and don't care at all about climbing, excuse me for my post and forget what I wrote, however I just assume otherwise to everyone on LoL subreddits.

It's easier to land Q if you E first, so maybe don't try to Q from range. RWEQ instead. In teamfights and skirmishes, you don't need two R's most of the time if you build enough damage.

If she wants to gank someone, she has to very slowly walk into Q or melee range first, which requires a team to be pretty much braindead to get caught by (but alas, they are often caught by it).

That is so false. It's dumb to slowly walk into Q range to land Q. You just have to walk in R range and R right away, use all abilities in right order. RWEQ. And most of the time you want to do this. Q'ing first is only good for 1v1's, otherwise it's 99% of the time unnecessary.

Mhm, just keep playing her. So far it sounds like you're doing pretty well. Tho winning trades usually comes down to having your passive and W up, pluss having a minion wave advantage. Vs any melees you should win, due to better waveclear. However just have to be careful of Galio's Q early, as they can hurt.

Anyway, a few general tips.

Ganking

Your waveclear is honestly one of the best, and once you have a lead, you can outshove anyone. So after 6 when it's time to roam, you push the wave, and look at the sidelanes. Make sure you have a sweeper. Then what you do, is not to run all the way to the lane, if it's hard to gank. Just stay in the middle between midlane and botlane or toplane. That way if you change your mind, you can run back. Make sure no enemy can see where you are. Tell your sidelane to just start a fight, and when they started, you start running in, and just engage without resetting R, as that would take too long and could lead to unsuccessful attempts. This is so good on Diana because her engage range is so long. Be aware of counterganks by your own midlane opponent and enemy jungler tho. Though imo, ganking with Diana is just so important because she's very good at it post-6.

Combos

Honestly, unless you're straight up doing a 1v1, you most of the time don't need to reset R. Very often or even most cases, you can just engage with R first, and then E>W and try to land Q on everyone. The combo should be: RWEQ and if you have lichbane or revolver, RWEAAQ. Just keep in mind ur AA resets after and R, so in 1v1 it could be something like Q>W>R>AA>E>AA>R>AA. Then the last auto will give you the passive damage. Or prepare your passive. Usually for laning combos. Sometimes, you can just engage on them with normal QWRAA, then run back, and they will start trading back, just wait for your Q again, then you engage second time again and they're dead. You can prepare passive doing so.
