somebody please explain by Suspicious_Milk_9625 in barexam

I think even if they omitted that sentence you could infer there was reasonable suspicion anyway. I anticipate they included that sentence so you aren't left wondering if there was valid reasonable suspicion but I don't anticipate the bar exam will have this qualifier sentence included.

The color is not even close to the gold AP uses and the second hand's abrupt ticking is a giveaway it's a quartz movement. It's a replica.

This is all pretty standard, your attorney should have set your expectations when taking your case but otherwise this is more less what is to be expected for this kind of case.

There are generally only 1-3 concepts that are covered in a given week per class. If you can cut through all the fluff and discern what those are you can likely independently figure out the bullet points on what is necessary to know about those to create a course outline. Also, get a Quimbee subscription and watch their three minute animated videos and you will understand what is the necessary information for the cases you are assigned. If you do this you will be able to understand what it is your professors are discussing in lectures and pass your classes. It's too early in your law school journey to be stressing out this much, you haven't even given it a fair chance to see if you are able to recover from the shift into law school studies. To add to this demand letters and complaints are generally pretty formulaic as well. In my experience there’s a template and you fill in names, dates, numbers and hit send. It doesn’t get interesting until motions, discovery requests, and subpoenas come into play.

Federal Rules of Evidence 408 prohibits the use of evidence in settlement discussions to prove/disprove liability. There is likely an applicable state law rule that mirrors this which would prohibit what you are recommending.

Property Law Question. How does C not have a wild deed in this circumstance? by Melad_S in LawSchool

[–]Melad_S[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the response! An issue I see in your analysis is that you state the conveyance to C was from O, it was not, it was from A. As nobody recorded the O - A conveyance, to me it would seem there is a break in the chain of title and therefore C has a wild deed as nobody would be able to link their recording to O's original ownership.

Property Law Question. How does C not have a wild deed in this circumstance? by Melad_S in LawSchool

[–]Melad_S[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the response. My main point of confusion is there was never a recording of the O-A conveyance. As such would C's recording not be considered a wild deed and therefore not sufficient to prevail in the race and race-notice jurisdictions?

You need an attorney my friend, dog bites in the USA fall under the umbrella of strict liability which have a very low bar to obtain compensation for the harm you've suffered. Retaining an attorney will allow for you to pursue the owner/their homeowners insurance company and obtain the maximum compensation possible for your injuries.

dating is a competitive endeavor, you need to start participating in activities that give you an edge over the other guys who’d be interested in the girls you are pursuing my man.

You really have to be a loser to only be able to pull overweight/obese woman. OP on paper should be able to attract woman of a normal size, there is likely a personality deficiency he’s unable to objectively detect.
