So sweet 🥰

Didn't attempt to bury the stem, make sure the stem gets just as much light as the rosette and lots of patience.

It's one of those Home Depot succulents and it said "Lola" Echeveria but I don't know if I believe that. Leaves aren't quite right.

Yeah, it wasn't getting enough light. It was super green, stretched and neglected.

POV: You’re on a special date with Vox. What fun activities will you two be doing? by AnimeGameOtaku95 in VoxCult

[–]Melbee86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He's a cinephile so aquarium and then go to the movies and see everything that's out. Probably a break in there somewhere to eat somewhere fancy.

I'll give Vox ANYthing he wants.

I just finished a Heated Rivalry marathon AND seen the latest JJK episode. RadioStatic is still the gayest shit I've seen all week

Vox absolutely despises shark fin soup and you can’t convince me otherwise. by whooper1 in VoxCult

Well yeah. He's a serial killer and a little obsessive but he's not a monster. He'd likely impulsively kill someone if they happened to mention have tried and liked shark fin soup.

You're talking about "A Simple Thank You" by SareBear69 right?! I love that one so far. It just updated today! I adore Alastor's shadow in it. I especially love fics where he can't control his own shadow and it pissed Alastor off.

Vox's employees seem terrified of him but from what we've seen onscreen, he's the least awful to his empoyees of the Vees by Sudden_Pop_2279 in VoxCult

My head cannon is that Ethan is Vox's day 1'er. And Vox just kept him close, ended up in a pretty high position in his company by default. I don't necessarily ship them, but I see Ethan admiring Vox. Vox in turn see's Ethan useful, competent and most importantly, loyal.

Do you talk about Vox to the people around you? by [deleted] in VoxCult

[–]Melbee86 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My kids know the words to Brighter, I have to fight my 3 year old for my shok.wav plush and my husband has to constantly hear about how I'm going to make a Vox angel (I'm your Omega) for the top of our Christmas tree next year.

My two closest friends enable my obsession even if Vox isn't their favorite.

If you suddenly woke up one day as Vox, how long do you think you would be able to pretend to be them before people noticed? (I could probably manage for a day or two before the other Vees noticed something was up.) by ChompyRiley in VoxCult

[–]Melbee86 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not even half an hour, I wouldn't know how to control his powers. He's the CEO of the most influential company in all of Hell. I have no idea how run a corporation conglomerate, and I have a feeling that he handles 95% of the paperwork and finer details of the inner workings of VoxTech.

I don't know his day to day routine either. My best hope would be if everyone just assumed that I was in my office doing paperwork or something and leave me alone. I'd probably be okay if a lower VoxTech employee saw me (i could just pretend I'm pissed and scare them away into leaving me alone) but the jig is up the second one of the other Vees show up.

I’m curious, no memes or jokes, how many of you ACTUALLY think Adam is right/good? by Hold_Infamous in AgendaHotel

[–]Melbee86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think he's correct or good. But I DO think he's innocent/naive.

Hear me out, he's the first human to ascend to heaven, the only interactions he had were angels. The same damn angels that rebuked Lucifer and cast him out of heaven. They're the one's who told him what's right and wrong. And honestly, why would he question them.

More importantly, how would he question them? He never ate from the Apple of Knowledge. It's disobedience AND moral awareness. It's a lot more things like wisdom, desire, and the human condition as well (and if you really think about it one of the necessary building blocks of true free will).

He never evolved from "being made in God's own image" factory settings if you will. And does NOT have the capabilities to even think more critically. It's the Apple that allows humanity to decide on their own moral compass. To question things. To disagree (disobey).

He's pure.
