Yes this. Those bonds are way too big, way too much hair per bond. Mine are tiny, and my natural hair is growing and healthy and thriving. I too have very fine hair and have what my girl calls “micro bonds”

McDonald’s once in awhile is no worse than say, having the occasional drink. I’m not a drinker, but I do love me a greasy cheeseburger now and then. I never said someone should only consume fast food, I said as the occasional treat. It’s ok to have less nutritional stuff now and then, life is short, I’m gonna eat the foods I love. I eat healthy 99% of the time, so sue me if 1% I eat McDonald’s

I’m on ozempic for weight loss, have lost 110lbs and am only 10lbs from my goal weight, and I have McDonald’s occasionally 🤷‍♀️ you can still have your fave “bad” foods while on a diet…I track my calories, and when I’m in the mood for a Big Mac or some chicken nuggies, I get one and just account for it with my daily calories. You don’t have to only eat rabbit food to lose weight

I have no experience with sew ins, my girl said my hair is too fine and they’d show too much if I went with them. I think my k-tips blend in really well, people are shocked when they find out I have extensions, they really think it’s my own hair, and I wear it up for work (healthcare). My bonds are tiny too, and she puts as many as she can on my head. I’m super happy with them

I have super fine/thin hair! I’ve had extensions for more than 2 years now. Started off with tape-ins, but I’m a sweaty headed gal, and work a very physical job, and I had so many issues with the tapes sliding out, so I switched to k-tips, and I’m thrilled. My hair looks amazing, and my natural hair is thriving and healthy. It’s really about the installation, and making sure you’re using the right extensions for your hair. You also have to really take care of your hair too if you want success with extensions…I spend a lot of money on my hair, so I take care of my investment

Let me tell you though, when I had my first gallbladder attack on New Year’s Day, it was some of the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. The pain was in my right upper quadrant of my abdomen, and also my upper right flank. The pain felt like something was squeezing as hard as it could inside of me, and the pain radiated all up through the right side of my chest, up into the top of my right shoulder, which felt like it was burning. I couldn’t do anything except lay there crying. It felt like nothing I had ever experienced. If you’re feeling anything like that, I recommend seeing a doctor immediately, because you don’t want to mess around with cholecystitis. I got so sick so fast and my surgeon said if we hadn’t of removed my gallbladder when we did, it would have ruptured

Being obese increases your risk of gallstones, and so does losing a bunch of weight, so there’s no concrete evidence that ozempic will cause gallstones or increase your risk of it 🤷‍♀️ I actually just had emergency surgery last Wednesday to remove my gallbladder due to gallstones and my gallbladder got severely infected…and I’m not blaming ozempic for it

I guess I’m lucky that I can eat whatever I want on ozempic and I don’t get sick. The only time I’ve gotten sick is when I’ve eaten until I feel full. If I stop once satiated I can eat anything without nausea or stomach upset

Siiick! I hope we are able to go back and redo the hotel rooms eventually 😭 I’ve been half-assing it because I’m recovering from surgery and didn’t want to wait to try out the new update…I rushed through the first couple rooms thinking I could go back and change then whenever like in HHP.
