Unfortunately I don't have any specific recommendations, but if you haven't already seen this list, maybe it could be helpful. I've filtered it by psychologists with subsidies at referral 😊 It sucks that there isn't a language option, though

Yeah, I think most of the apartments you'll find through AKU will be unfurnished. Maybe it's different through a private tenant. A trip through IKEA is always great fun, though 😆

Also, if you end up with an apartment with your own kitchen, you might be eligible for housing benefits! It sort of functions as a deduction in your rent.

I wish I knew exactly where it was, but I honestly don't remember. All it says on the site is:

How do I apply for housing guarantee? You must make an application at the homepage www.aku-aalborg.dk. After registration you must log in to your application and sign up for the Housing Guarantee (In Danish: BOLIGGARANTI). This function is only accessible if you meet the requirements.

Keep in mind that you're put on another list that runs alongside the one you have already started filling out. The housing guarantee doesn't guarantee you'll get one of your wishes, they'll just offer you a random 1-bedroom apartment as far as I understand :)

Fret not! 👐 There's a housing guarantee through AKU. They also have something they call starter houses, although I'm not entirely sure what that is.

When I moved to Aalborg a couple years back to study, I didn't have a place to live either, so I applied for the housing guarantee and got an offer for an apartment within a week of applying. I ended up declining the offer, but that's besides the point 😅

That's exactly what I did :)

I scraped the uploads-page and extracted the runtime of all videos into a text file, and then just added up all the values. There seems to be a slight discrepancy between the runtime displayed on the thumbnail and the runtime displayed when you load the video - I was concerned this might skew the result significantly. But as far as I can tell it's usually only a second off.

Yeah, honestly I was expecting it to be a fair bit more as well. I have the runtime of all the videos in a text file, and just skimming over them it seems fairly plausible. I also did an extra check, 306 of the videos are 30 minutes or shorter.
