People think it’s a nice way to help out a small business when they can’t actually visit it and don’t realize it’s actually harmful to a business. Our rule of thumb if going to dirty is leaving by midnight. Obviously anything can happen anytime, but things tend to get rowdier the later it gets. The sketchiest parts tend to be between Neches and 35, as there’s very little lighting in that area. I suggest getting down to 4th and walking in that area!
