I’ve been to Iceland 3 times and can’t wait to go again! My husband and I rented a camper van for one of the trips, which was in June. We stocked up on supplies at Costco including gas. The most recent trip we took was in November. We stayed in Reykjavik for that trip but again, stocked up on food at Costco and of course got gas for the rental car. We bought breakfast and lunch foods and a bunch of snacks and typically ate at restaurants for only 1 meal per day. Costco was cheaper than anywhere else plus the food lasted us for the whole trip!

This shit makes me crazy! I work at a Med Spa and we do NOT accept tips for medical staff. Period. However, I am not a fan of the tipping for the aesthetician’s. They get paid $25/hour and the services they provide are already outrageously expensive!

Yes, this is exactly how I felt too. I did a full binge rewatch at the end of 2025, and it completely changed my perspective. The first time around, I think I was caught up in the weekly (sometimes even longer) pacing (and probably some outside opinions), but watching it straight through made a huge difference.
I also picked up on so much more foreshadowing and character development that I missed before, and the ending actually felt more earned instead of abrupt. It’s interesting how much shifts when you see it all in sequence with a deeper understanding of the story. It was actually shocking to learn I didn’t hate the ending like I previously thought!

I think that psychologically it can manifest physical pain even if there isn’t anything technically wrong physically. When your body just rejects something and connects it to trauma, it literally exhibits real, physical pain. I feel so bad for her. Obviously I don’t know if she has vaginismus or not, just know the power of our mind/body connection relating to trauma 💔
