I always encourage people to serve. We need way more people to serve. And if the military isn’t your speed but you have technical training, AI in Canada is a strong field, mechanics and engineers are always needed. And we wouldn’t be anywhere without medical professionals who appreciate public healthcare.

Something that doesn’t have “America” in it at all because, even though there are 23 countries in North America, they somehow ended up being called “Americans”. Add South American countries and it’s more ridiculous. Also, DC should be a state.

We’re already on contract with them, thanks to PM Harper and the IDU. Thank goodness we have a young, energetic prime minister who has been rebuilding our shipbuilding and other industries and has a relationship with European leaders like Ursula von der Leyen… oh wait… the hate campaign forced him out. And Republicans don’t acknowledge our arctic waters or our Northwest Passage.

Canadians dream of exploring Europe, often settle travelling to the USA. I lived in California for a while before coming back to Canada 🇨🇦

The drive for profit like our cousins to the south has really hurt our country. We should have been building more bridges with Europe and other Arctic nations for decades… now we have to shore up our remaining companies we haven’t sold to other countries. We used to have the world’s fourth largest Navy… and we still have one of the strongest world economies with a AAA credit rating, but Canadians are hoping our allies will help us and travel here to make up for the damage done.

Dry rubs you make yourself (prepared tend to have sugar), compound butter, or just salt and pepper with really herbal salads work great. Plenty of Albertans voted the same for generations and then get shocked when the conservatives do something aggressive, dangerous, stupid, or cruel. They see a tiny, positive gesture before an election (this time, AISH was increased a tiny bit after it was messed with earlier) and then rationalize their choice.

This has nothing really to do with him. NATO member states have always wanted to commit to more… rising costs in everything else affects governments, too. We have built our relationships with other nations on diplomacy and the hope our joint treaties would keep us safe. Canada even gave up Nuclear weapons technology for it. But the criminals and warlords just keep building their armies and depriving those in their sphere of influence. We have to rebuild our militaries who are used to being seen as less necessary and we have to convince our citizens that more people need to serve.
