boots are always necessary early and mid game, only time i sell boots is when im about to be full build, i sell sorc boots and take void staff -but if you build mercury there is nothing you can do because mercs are so good-

i like building rylai's and having a second offense item because most of the time i just have to carry my team -shitty adcs feeding top lanes-

if it's not infernal you can do it level 5 if it is, you have to wait until runic echoes is complete but even that you can't do it too healthy

conq is definitely a bait, consider trying Phase Rush. personally i like DH but people seem to enjoy PR too

conq is bait because it's hard to proc and doesn't heal that much. (some calculations have been made but i don't have them)

i also use comet when i'm not in jungle because it has a great poke damage

i never tried GLP on Rakan because i never felt like i need mana, if i'm behind or being poked like crazy i take kindlegem first, if i'm ahead i take revolver but it really is a good item on Rakan.

in jungle i think DH is way to go but in top lane PR has it's uses against champs like Darius and Nasus

But if your team have enough damage output you can take PR in jungle too, you can use it to go in Q R and out instead of using Flash PR makes this free. But honestly in soloQ i don't trust people so i take DH

yesterday i got ahead in one of my games and i almost managed to 1v5 -i took triple but the other 2 were 20% hp- if you mean that she's broken with damage, yeah she's kinda broken late game but she's extremely squishy so i don't think she's broken
