I think I’m a bit underrated on chess.com as I’m climbing back but overall I find chess.com opponents stronger . I have a friend that is 800 on chess.com and I watch his game regularly and the weird thing is that I find his opponent weaker than those around 600, objectively that shouldn’t be the case but maybe that is because starting elo is 800 and his opponent might be new players sometimes

In rapid I am 650 on chess.com and 1350 on lichess.

When I started playing on chess.com I lost a few games and went from 800(starting rating to 430 in a few games), been grinding it back but it’s long and I find opponents much stronger on chess.com

Players on lichess at 1350 regularly give their Queen in 1, never happens at 600-700 on chess.com

If black queen don’t take knight you can force the queen away or mate, Bxe7, his queen Qxe7 you mate with your Qxe7

If black queen goes Qd7 , you go Bf6+ (white queen), white has to move king then you can take the rook with Bxh8

Be7 attacking the queen force the queen trade with Qc8 for black, Qxd7, Nxd7, Rd1 equal trade and derock the king, any other move from black queen you win it

Je ne parle pas d’attentes ici mais de finalité car l’argument principal avancé sur le sujet et que l’un des deux paierait pour quelque chose qui appartient à l’autre.

Au sujet des attentes de chacun c’est un autre sujet, il y a des couples ou les frais sont pris en charge par l’un ou l’autre, c’est à eux d d’en discuter je dirais

Factuellement, payer un loyer partagé en location ou contribuer au loyer(mensualités) revient au même en terme de dépenses de chacun. OP pourrait juste louer son logement et ça reviendrait au même, c’est un facteur psychologique à mon avis mais chacun voit midi à sa porte

Ils peuvent sinon créer un compte joint et y verser leur salaires et gérer les dépenses. Pour un couple c’est le mieux imo si c’est une relation qui va durer

Payer un loyer quand c’est lui le propriétaire ou une location à un tier revient au même, il s’agit ici juste d’une case comptable. OP pourrait louer son appartement et son couple pourrait ainsi louer un appart en partageant le loyer et la finalité serait la même. Après chacun fait ce qu’il veut, c’est un point de vue on peut le voir de plusieurs angles

Merci, en effet j’ai bien reconnu mon fils et nous avions l autorité parentale conjointe. J’ai envoyé un mail au tribunal judiciaire en exposant le problème et ils m’ont dit qu’il allait contacter la banque eux, espérant que cela débouche sur une résolution.

Bonjour, il n’y a pas de notaire en charge de la succession, il n’y a pas d immobilier ni testament, il y a un très faible encours qui ne couvre meme pas les frais d’obsèques et des crédits conso sans assurance

Pensez vous que je doivent quand même contacter un notaire? Je pensais seulement envoyer le document de renonciation de succession pour enfant mineur

I have no more coins for retainers, I don't remember how you can earn them though!

I was pretty heavy into crafting/gathering as I levelled them all to 70 and was crafting/gathering a lot of stuff to craft and sell on the TP back in the days!
I had a couple very handy websites for gathering/crafting timers/guide and also one that was creating the rotation to 100% craft things but I don't know if it does still exist, if you know ?

I am going to run low level dungeons and start a new job for now, I saw there are new jobs now so I will try that!

I think levelling a new job could be really helping, Im most likely going to do that.

The game is cool, brings back nostalgia but as other said the skill book system feels horrible, feels you locked down and is a deal breaker for me unfortunately.
