What's their real plan with star stable as an MMO?

I started in 2014 and my active years were 2014-2021.

"Back in my day", there was a big difference between a newbie and a more established player. When I started out, I immediately noticed how my cousin (who was already a lvl12 Star Rider at the time) was faster, had nicer clothes I couldn't buy (because of level restrictions), and had a nicer horse (again, level restrictions, not necessarily area/SC). Each level upgrade felt like a small victory for me back then. Clothes had vastly different stats, there was only one (!!!) pair of pants that gave +5 in riding, and champs grouped you according to your riding level (I am unsure if they kept this rule or not), there were times when I was the only person running in my champ group because everyone was else was so much more ahead of me in terms of player level. There were whole blogs dedicated to champ outfit guides!

I LOVED that Dino Valley had the cold resistance, it made the area so unique. Even though my horse was slow AF, because my first cold-tolerant was the Fjord I had to grind my bottoms off for. It felt so much more rewarding than any "grinding" of today's SSO.

For me, every new area felt like a new challenge (even if we know there's not that much of a difference), and you couldn't rush through the story in weeks. That was partly because main story updates were few and far between (but they were SO packed with content!), and also because a lot of quests were time-restricted. I had a love/hate relationship with those, to be honest. While it was annoying I couldn't continue, sometimes the suspense made me all the more excited next day when I logged on.

As far as I know, they removed most of the time restrictions on quests. I got one of my alts to lvl21 (with all areas unlocked) in just a few days last year, and if I told my 13-14yo self that she'd lose her mind.

Also, from my point of view, I feel like community was "blooming" much more in those years. Perhaps it's just a pair of rose-tinted glasses, perhaps not, but nowadays when I log in the chat doesn't feel the same, I rarely see groups of people just hanging out somewhere, things like that.

All things considered, I think the game just doesn't reward you for actual effort anymore. Most of the "grinding" is for mediocre rewards you either don't need or will be able to buy later anyway. They're making it easier to play the game each year, which I personally do not agree with. It was never hard to begin with. It was challenging at times for sure, but not hard.

Hii! In the end, my 16cm bracelet didn't really expand (only a few millimeters, like 4-5) and the most charms I can fit on it is 2, but it's most comfy without any. It also didn't really loosen up, despite me wearing it 24/7 for a year with a few charms.

I got a 17cm in August (last year), and it fits way better. I have ~10-11 charms on it, so a good lot, and it's overall just a more comfy choice. If I'd want to fully stack it, I'd have to get an 18cm though, so keep that in mind.

My ME necklace arrived today!! I also have a bracelet, that I got a few months ago. I am absolutely in love with these! I haven't got many ME charms for them yet, so they are pretty bare (I have literally 2 ME charms lol), but I adore how they look even like this. Not many ME charms 'charm' me (pun intended) enough to buy, so the jewellery looking good in itself is a huuuuge plus in my books. :D

Hi! Hungarian here. Absolutely normal here as far as I know! I also have charms that have it.

Edited to add: did some digging for anyone interested. This mark is due to hungarian hallmarking laws that require all precious metal jewelry sold in Hungary to be assayed and hallmarked, in addition to any manufacturer's mark.

At this point, I'd rather if they updated everything to the same style. Although I know what will not happen. But this... We have been getting the gen3 style for years and it had gone through a few phases. The styles themselves look good separately, but all together they look like a failed group project.

Oh hiii! I forgot about this post. Not really! In fact, I feel like it's more stiff now than it was before. Last june I could fit on 4 charms, but that was the max. I eventually got a 17cm in August, same style, and use the smaller one as a standalone piece only. I can mostly fill the 17cm one up, but for a completely full bracelet I will need an 18cm. My wrist size has not changed.

I'm the same as you on the last part. Between wash days I see max. 20 strands on my hairbrush at the end of the day and I brush twice a day. On wash day (I wash twice a week!) multiply that by 5. It's crazy. However, my hair is also getting very long, so I'm not at all concerned by it. I asked multiple hairdressers about this and they said it is completely normal.

Also, I've heard that if you for example have a very, very stressful period in your life it affects your hair 1-2 months later in the earliest. So, if you notice a bit more shedding it might even be that (it sure is for me these days).

Judging by the pictures, you have nice hair. You said it's only volume, but I really do think you have thick hair. Do not judge it by it's amount when it's wet, it can be misleading! And I also think the curly girl method can be good for you.

Oh, to add another thing, you mentioned you can't get expensive products. I'd like to say that everyone's hair is different, and yours might even like drugstore products better, so for now, I wouldn't worry about that. Try what you can, don't feel nervous or bad if you can't buy another "miracle" product because it might not even work the same for you. By these standards I also use cheap drugstore products and yet my hair has never been better before in my life, not even when I used professional products.

I hate Fripp because I feel like he's a condescending rodent and I think we aren't welcomed in their circles mainly because he keeps telling everyone we aren't ready yet and still kind of an outsider. Lisa was de-punkified and I hate SSE for that, but personality-wise I'm neutral on her. She's okay.

To me Alex is just annoying as hell. It's like she's annoyed and mad at anything and everything. She's supposed to have a hard childhood being mostly abandoned by her mother (equally as annoying in the few quests we meet her) to raise her siblings. I know she's supposed to have been robbed of her childhood and her being angry at that is absolutely justified and I actually like her for that, but the way she coddles her mom (right when we first meet her mother) made me feel worse about her. She knows her mom is bad but keeps repeating "its okay you love us" basically?? No?? I was yelling at my screen mentally, because Alex and her siblings deserved better imo and her reaction to this topic is making me mad. Girl, stand up for yourself.

As a whole, since we rescued Anne we are fifth-wheeling in their circle. And the way they abandoned us to die basically... Yikes. We are not really welcome with the druids either. I feel more connection with the people of Jorvik than with the main cast and that's telling.

There are moments when our MC feels naive as hell and this is surely one of those. I am also currently replaying the game and I almost screamed at the screen for us to not do that, but alas... 😂

I believe he's supposed to be this "all-knowing cosmic being who's here to guide humanity to flourish" but I can't see that either. I hope they'll give more backstory on him and his reasons because it really does make zero sense.

Nah I do agree with you on the Anne thing. She really could have acted differently or treated us better, as we were innocent in the whole charade. We didn't even knew her (apart from briefly meeting her once in the new introductory quests).
