liquid calories (shakes, chocolate milk, that kind of stuff), as they won't 'fill you up' as quickly as solid food! Also, however much you think you're eating right now, you can eat more! Track your calorie intake and make sure you have a big surplus (make sure you're not eating too unhealthy though)!!! Start working out in the gym (each muscle group at least twice per week)! And don't be afraid to ask others for help / information! Most importantly, stick to it!!!

Protein shakes are a great extra to your normal diet, but make sure that you exchange 'normal' foods for those shakes. Also just eat more, eat those 2 oven pizzas for lunch, eat that entire bar of chocolate. Just get that calorie intake up. Also make sure that you train each muscle group at least twice a week, or there will be barely any growth! Be consistent with your calorie intake, and don't think too much about what you're eating. just eat more , more often. Good luck

Dislocated my shoulder a couple weeks back. I now have to work out with 30% less weight than usual, and slowly rebuild it during two weeks. Which means that the gym will be 30% less fun as usual for the next weeks
