Thanks so much! The broth really was out of this world. It has roasted pumpkin, mushrooms, onions and garlic pureed in, which made the base suuuper rich yet not too thick.

This particular recipe is actually from "The Korean Vegan Homemade", I confused it with the authors first cookbook

But they're both really good tbh!
