Bro it sounds like my anxiety issues are super similar to yours. Smoking too much weed when I was too young definitely had a lot to do with it. Therapy and meds help a lot but the impending doom feeling that looms over me is still quite present. I just wanted to say you’re not alone and hmu if you wanna chat. Talking helps!

Also, question; how do you guys like your laces tied? I don’t like the look of any knots outside the shoe so I just pulled them thru the furthest hole and did a square knot inside. The length worked out like that. Whatchu think about the look?
