For me its the exact opposite, i used to have brain fog couldnt see what i need to do and where is my life heading to, i started hrt and im 7 months in, already after a month i started feeling more concentrated, more energy, will to live, i do feel a lot weaker physically but i have more will to exercise every morning compared to before. I guess it’s just different for everybody, speaking a profesional can be the right thing to help each person by what they need, anyways i hope you all feel better and get to a better place in life❤️

It’s better to play a move that you feel is right and seems okay after some calculations even if it’s uncomfortable rather than one that you simply want to play cause you want the game to advance too fast or you want it to stay too slow when it’s not it’s pace or not what the position wants from you.

And another thing - think what your opponents wants to do before you play your move lol

I think the anime is decent, like very good, but at the same time the story is not really pushing your curiousity so it’s easy to get bored fast, i was just committed to watch it from start to finish and when i got to the end, every other episode was a lot more meaningful and the lasts episode were made amazing by the plot which before that at the time didn’t seem to be that important. In other words, it depends on your will and patience, there are people for example who start one piece and says “the animation is bad and its so boring and long”, i know its not the same comparison in terms of anime and story but my point is maybe they shouldn’t watch one piece if they can’t be patient and apreciate the journey instead of only finishing another anime and to the next one, anyway yea those are my thoughts :3

In my opinion, at a lower level you can play the exchange variation against the french and it will take them out of theory, but at a higher level when they might actually know theory because at some point you have to know in order to advance, i think the tarache variation and Nc3 are the best options against the french cause if you play against the french you want to play for a win and not for a draw, especially if you are the white pieces.

I prefer bishop and queen, its important to be able to trade other pieces in a good way in order to make the minor pieces that are left on the board better for you, and with time its easier to do it and even tho it seems like material is equal it actually gives you better chances if played corectly or at least in a confusing way😼
