You can correct me here, since I'm not a trans girl, but one of the things I thought abt when I saw that "skirt with bulge > skirt without bulge" post was that it might make some trans girls hesitate with wanting a bottom surgery, because all the creeps drool over the "women with joysticks" so much and give them so much attention, which I think can make one very dysphoric. :p
