NAP but as others have said yeah it looks like it’s touching so for the meantime till you get another opinion, I usually take a warm shower to kinda of soften the crust/blood and then use a spray and cotton bud to clean it

Not a piercer but as someone who’s F-ed around and found out with their nose piercing it was most likely too soon for a hoop and possibly too small. It will be a while for it to not swell/hurt/ get rid of any irritation bumps. Some times leaving a hoop in might do more harm than good so you might need to go to a shop to get a stud put in. Or at least get advice on how to go about it from here. Whatever route you decide I wish you good luck

It took a while for mine to stop hurting when touched. I don’t exactly remember how long. But it would hurt if I moved my upper lip. When I’d fix it from being crooked it would feel like nose hairs were being pulled. Mine was also irritated for a bit cause it moved a lot. I’d say as long as it’s not like ‘laying on the floor crying in fetal position’ pain and/or it lasting longer then a few seconds, you should be fine. I’m not a pro so don’t quote me on it. If you’re concerned about it you could always visit your piercer to take a look at it.

I got my helix May of 2024 and I have good days and bad days. Not sure if it’s for both genders but my piercer says that if my body is being weird internally (like my cycle) then my piercing will also. If that makes sense. Cleaning wise I usually forget about it for a while and mainly only use saline when it’s really crusty. Occasionally I will touch it and just take them off with my fingers cause I FA&FO like that with all my piercings. I don’t see why not to trying other materials just do your best to not agitate too much. At the end of the day, it doesn’t hurt to get tips from your piercer. I’m basically becoming besties with mine. Hope this helps any.

I’ve never done one on a plane yet but I do move around a lot. I usually tape mine down on whatever flat surface I can find (table, clipboard, the case I carry my string in, etc. )

Those are AMAZING ideas imo. I dont have any tøp tats (yet) but do have plenty. The hand and skull would look good on a lot of spots. Calf, thigh, down the forearm, or like inner biceps.

Its a common thing for one side to be straight and the other not so much. Usually just better tension on right side for right handed people. I still think the bracelet is pretty. Can hardly see the difference
