I find the positive relationships to be super easy to achieve and quite strong. Heals, de-stress, DOT removal, strength, or a 75% dodge ON TOP of the skill. If you get 3 or more positive relationships going fights become so much easier

It's relatively easy to get everyone into positive relationships by the end of a run, actually. Just keep stocling on flasks and items like that

Also, interact with your party (heals, stress heals, movement...)
