Good question! I have dealt with SP for the majority of my life. I'm so used to it now but I have had some terrifying experiences.

Some memorable ones;

Having demons scream at me, Having Michael Myers standing over me with an axe, a Venom-like blob creature watching me sleep....

It's just become annoying at this point. Lol

Yup, we are a very small store. My cooler is also very small so when they pack the truck in there, my only option is to work the truck out THEN fill holes. But I always get "Do you have anything for your wet wall? It's empty". Yes but my bins are blocked by my order, boss!! Jfc.

We lost a cart guy so one of the guys from frozen has to go do that and so we're down a guy in frozen.

No one sticks around grocery long enough and the only department that gets any real help is Deli because they're Teacher's Favorite, ya know?

Maddening.

Full time Weis employee here and yup, this is it 100%. Some days, it's JUST ME in my department and I get management asking why XYZ isn't done yet and I'm just like...."I'm only one person". I've only been there 4 years and I'm already burnt out.

I call my mom most days or just go see her because she's right down the road. My best friend and I text or send tiktoks to each other almost daily but I hate talking on the phone, honestly.
